My work has taken many forms, but the core has always been user experience. All of my creative, marketing, and product work is rooted in consumer research and insights. I've been working in Experience Strategy and Marketing since 2011 and have experience with both B2B and B2C brands. In this time. I’ve spent years developing content and content strategies. I’ve also been teaching User Experience and Digital Marketing with General Assembly since 2015.
